What is Quest?
Quest is an organisation dedicated to the growth and unfoldment of individual potential.
Quest was formed in the early seventies by a group of people who believed that there was much more to life than the every day pursuits that seem to take so much of our time.
They would meet at regular intervals and discuss the purpose of life having studied in different directions. Some read articles by specialists others had been to lectures and others had been on workshops.
Jim and Sylvia Hipkiss the founders,
had joined the College of Psychic Studies in London and studied 
under several teachers on 
esoteric wisdom, learning a wide range of esoteric subjects.
One thing that became obvious early in their studies was that the knowledge they were gaining should be shared with others with the same interests. It was decided to form an organisation so that the knowledge could be made available to those who felt they would like to follow the same 'Pathway'.
It was also decided that it should be a non-profit making organisation and not a business that would be motivated by profit. This way cost to the 'would be student' could be kept to a minimum, which would allow those with smaller incomes still to follow their Spiritual Path.
